Walton Williams and Jones Holding Corporation (WWJ) officially launched on October 14, 2010. WWJ Holdings is a diversification acquisition and holdings firm that functions as the parent company for subsidiaries purchased by WWJ Holdings. Its sole purpose is to either to control management and operations by way of wholly own another company ("wholly owned subsidiary") or through owning enough voting stock in another corporation to makes money by owning equity in the companies from its assets. The goal here is to allow the reduction of risk for the investors and allow the parent to control a number of different companies. Then hopefully, after further review of the sector that these companies are in, we would look for synergy within the portfolio to wholly own these companies to merge them.
